We are looking for encapsulation technologies for food acids, sweeteners, flavors and coolers. Solutions should improve delivery in chewing gums over the lifetime of the chew.

Background

Long-life and stability of flavors is key to enjoyment of gum products.

Key Success Criteria

Solutions should be GRAS for chewing gum (or have a short path to regulatory approval)
